The reception staff were just so helpful and understanding, they went the extra mile to help me sort an issue out. A kind word goes a long way, all staff have so much coming at them we are all still learning to live and work in a new way……just take a minute to appreciate the mountain they come into every day, they really are doing there absolute best to provide the best possible service. I and my family have always received amazing support from everyone within this practice, thank you all.

I would just like to thank the doctor who found the time to help me during what I now realise is a very busy period for your clinic. I am new to the UK and this was my first attempt at visiting a doctor and getting a prescription so the process was new to me. I was sickley for 4 days and was struggling to get a consult and a diagnosis and prescription to treat my condition. I was finally able to submitted a form on Friday 16 December to request an appointment (form submission kept closing online early each day so I missed out) and was told I would only receive a call back on Wednesday the 21st. I complained that I did not feel like that was an acceptable response to a request for treatment and, sure enough, a few hours after my complaint the doctor phoned me, gave me a quick consult and within a couple of minutes had diagnosed a chest infection and sent a script to the pharmacy for me to collect. I am now feeling a lot better and am really glad I did not have to wait until Wednesday to be seen to. So thank you to that doctor who went out of his way to help me and get me the medication I so clearly needed. I appreciate the effort made and I am also now more aware of the immense pressures that doctors and staff are facing within the NHS at this moment and I wish you all the best and I hope you get the support that you need to carry out your critical function. Every time I either call, message or pop in to the clinic I greatly appreciate the kind, patient and well informed help I receive. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, whether a GP, nurse, or non medical staff. Over the past few years we have called upon Nork clinic for many reasons, and their response has always been the same. Caring, dedicated, efficient, kind and supportive.

Hi I was a patient at Nork Clinic for a number of years and thought I was getting good care. I since moved to another area nearby and registered with a new doctor. My new doctor applied for my notes some 5 months ago and informed me today they still have not been forwarded to them. There are important follow on letters from specialist that haven’t been acted on or forwarded to my current doctor. This is very seriously hampering my treatment for these problems. It’s unbelievable that this has happened. I have tried phoning the surgery today a number of times and got to number one in the queue only to be told to call back later they are unable to take my call. Having now been treated by my new doctor it has shown me the terrible care I was receiving at this practice. I recommend everyone avoid this incompetent doctor’s surgery.

My husband Robert EVANS b.01/09/1941 has fairly advanced Parkinsons. The support from the reception staff and Doctors have been a lifeline for me. I am always able to see a Dr when necessary and their kindness and consideration is quite humbling when they are so busy. In particular the reception staff are a pleasure to speak to and always make time to solve a problem if they can. We are so lucky to have you looking after us. Kate EVANS

My 5:30pm appointment today was confirmed in writing by the Clinic earlier today but, when I turned up, I was told that there had been a mistake with someone else of the same name. In truth, the clinic does NOT have anyone else with even a vaguely similar name. They have really messed up and can only re- arrange for 7 days time. I have no confidence that they will keep that appointment either. What a chaotic mess!

Previously I have found it very difficult to get an appointment but using the online service has been useful. Dr Sarang has been very supportive with my recent condition, he listens, explains things throughly and is very caring. I'm so geatful for his help!

After having a Doctor for many years that greeted you with pen in hand ready to write a prescription to get you out as soon as possible I very much appreciate the care and consideration given by the doctors and staff at this practice. I really don't mind being made to wait over my appointment time. To me this shows that the doctor is listening and taking the time to understand the patients problems. I have never encountered any rudeness or not being listened to by the doctors. Overall I think this is a fantastic practice and I think we are very lucky to have such nice doctors. I usually see Dr Sarang who is an excellent doctor.

Is such a disgrace for a surgery, always had to wait over an hour for appointment, reception do not care and doctors don't care about time and patients situation. Will change the surgery ASAP as this has been the case for last few years and is keep getting worse. Disgrace. They should shut down ASAP.
