Ever since lockdown, I have never been able to get an onsite appointment. I have either been re-directed to attend another surgery in Thames Ditton or a phone call. The phone call estimate of time is rubbish. I had a 9:30 appointment for an urgent sensitive matter, and I got a call at 10:45. The problem is, I have called the surgery stating the urgency of the situation, and still was not prioritised even getting a phone call appointment 3 working days after the form filling exercise everyone has to do to get an appointment.

My wife and I have been patients of this practice for more than 40 years and have always received caring and helpful treatment from Dr Gavins and the staff , i.e. Receptionists and nurses. This has been particularly so over the last 10 years when my wife has suffered from several serious illnesses.

Once again I got an appointment on the day I needed to see a doctor. Nurse fitted me in to get blood tests ASAP. Came away feeling everyone at the surgery was there to help me. Thank you Jayne

My husband and I have been with the surgery for nearly 3 years,we have always found the recepstionist very welcoming in , making sure that all your concerns are met also they have a very pleasant telephone manner very important.

18th January 2018 Thank you all for your help today. From the receptionist to Claire who took my blood, and her colleague, your service was impeccable. That all happened after I got myself some water and a tissue. Everyone was welcoming, informed and helpful.
