They never answer their phone. All you get is a number of options. It doesn't matter which option you choose (I've tried them all) and you go into a number of rings after which the line goes dead. No answer to emails either, in case you're wondering. Sorry if you (like me) are registered with them....

I had an appointment with the nurse and required a follow up appointment the following week. Though fully booked, she very kindly agreed to squeeze me in at the end of her day at 6pm - even though this meant her finishing late. I really appreciated this! She provided great service and was very personable, funny and comforting. I would highly recommend her services.

Kew Medical Practise is a great surgery, patient friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff are polite and caring and prepared to listen to your problems. They provide a superb service to the community.

I am a few weeks late in writing this...I had an appointment with the nurse a few weeks ago for ear syringing. She squeezed me in at the end of a long, busy day, and was so friendly, funny and comforting. She was very patient with me and made me feel completely at ease. I'm sorry I can't remember your name nurse, but I hope you had a lovely holiday!

Kew medical practice have provided excellent care for my family and me. My child was referred to the hospital promptly and Dr Fitzmaurice took the time to screen the rest of our family so I am very happy with the thorough and helpful care we'd received.

With todays modern technology it is simply unacceptable for this practise to make it practically impossible to simply obtain a repeat insulin prescription which is what they do each and every time. Today I have made 4 telephone calls, firstly to the chemist to find out if they have received the script which was ordered online on the practises website, they had not, secondly to this practise only to be told that it was sent electronically (they have never done this before), thirdly to the pharmacy again to insist that they find it but it couldn't be found, fourthly back to the doctor to be told once again that it is not there problem as it was sent. Just driven in my lunch hour from Hounslow to Kew pharmacy to be told that unfortunately it seems the surgery has made a mistake and it was not sent, so guess what, no insulin today.
