The receptionists are always very helpful to me, and will do their very best to fit me in for an app when needeed,They are A very good reception team and they form A very good patient network with telephone and walk in patients and their needs.
- as far as i am aware and being treated the patients are put in the right direction to be seen by doctors or to talk to doctors,nurses or whomever else they need to be seen by at the surgery

The doctor (Dr McCullagh) was very kind and supportive. However, the receptionist was very rude and condescending. As result, I registered with another GP. I cannot fault the GP though.
- The receptionist need training.
