Service has been dwindling since 2016. Mis managed Rude receptionist Waiting “you are 15th in the queue on any given day when calling the surgery Nightmare trying to have Surgery email me PDF of my medical records (needed for lawsuits) Booked in to see the wrong person Dr forgot my telephone appointment yesterday / I complained to Ms Meehan (Manager) and GP called me 2 hours late
- Replace all your staff with people who know what they are doing

I have been a NHS patient at Grove Park Surgery for approx 7 years and can truthfully say it is an excellent surgery in every way. All staff polite, pleasant, understanding and empathetic. It is a very busy practice but you still feel that they all care and always follow up quickly if they say they will. I rate all the staff 100% in every way. God bless the NHS. Elaine
