I could not quite believe this place. It reminded me of a rough old farm outbuilding. The staff at reception were not helpful; they spoke with disregard. The doctors seemed distant and defensive. On each occasion I saw a doctor there was no attempt to build a rapport and as with the receptionists their manner was off hand. It is hard to believe that a surgery such as this continues to exist.
- They could treat patients with cordiality and at least act as if they care.
