The Cuckoo Lane Surgery

The best surgery I have ever been a patient at. It's fabulous because it is nurse led - and they are such a wonderful team, its much much better than conventional medical practices where you just see Doctors. Although I have long term physical health issues, my biggest problem is my mental health and my communication and trust issues. I find it easier to cope when I see the ANP's. I really hope that the NHS people recognise the good work all the staff at this practice do., With my good experiences of past and present Nurse practitioners, I have confidence that future staff will be just as supportive and do their very best for all the patients.

Cuckoo Lane is one if the best practices I have ever used, certain London. Very friendly and helpful staff. The nurses and nurse practitioners are exceptional.

Staff here are welcoming and helpful. The practice nurses are outstanding (I generally see them regarding my ongoing mental health condition and they are wonderful). The reception staff are also friendly and helpful. I changed from another local surgery around 15 years ago and have never regretted my decision.
