Very rude and unknowledgeable staff. Dont know what they are doing, at one stage I approached the desk and waited for a minute while the receptionist finished her candy crush game. They wont tell you the right advice unless you push and often turn to personal attacks against the patient.

Reception area is overcrowded with notes and "information", and not clear to patients. There is a lot of "Out of Order" signs, including on the check-in screens, lifts and toilets. This has been seen on multiple occasions.
