this is the worst surgery for care avoid, ignore requests from consultants, ignore bad blood results, do not follow patient care, not safe at all. consistant mediaction errors with both over and under medication, ignore requests for change of medication for same problem from consultants just stop medication regardless to how this will effect your health. terrible

Had a covid jab at vaccine centre and everything was fantastic with great organisation so well done to all involved

I use the online contact service, it works very well every time. They will see you if the need is there, but 95% of the time why go to the surgery when you can be looked after from home?

This is a big practice but is still very person centred. They now have a comprehensive online enquiry service that I have used 3 times and they have either emailed me back within two hours or telephoned me. Its so impressive and way better than the old scramble to get through on the phone before appointments go within seconds system! I had a telephone consultation today and the Dr was so friendly and had read my notes fully and knew all about me even though I've not seen her in person

The centre does not give an email address - a major flaw. I reported a nose bleed which took half an hour to stanch (followed by two more bleeds which I stopped after tow or three minutes) The doctor referred me to Kingston hospital to see if treatment was need and they have given me an appointment in July - if the bleeding had continued lengthily, I should have been dead by then! But I have not had a bleed since then and so want to suggest to my doctor (but can't find another email way of doing so, so please forward this email to the doctor) that the NHS could be saved the expense of an appointment at the hospital. If doctor agrees, please cancel your referral of me and tell the hospital they can cancel my appointment

Have been a patient for many years. Both support staff and doctors always patient, though overworked. My complaint is that they are trying to get all patients to do everything on line. Am 87, not good with computers, and (rightly) distrust them anyway.

Total lack of compassion, care and understanding. Its a battle to get an appointment and when you do, its a sad waste of time. Cannot bring myself to go back there. Need to find an alternative. Feel let down, angry, sad, and so very depressed after an appointment at Glenlyn.

Absolutely useless to get an appointment no chance been suffering with an ear infection for over a week cannot get an appointment told to ring in the morning which I do just to be met with an engaged tone Finally when you get through sorry appointments all gone Waste of time
