Worst Practice Ever! Rude receptionists, short tempered and aggressive. They need to learn about proper communication and if they make any mistake or caused distress to the patient they need to be honest and never tell lies to get away with their wrongdoing. It very difficult to get an appointment.

  • Receptionists must be trained on proper customer service.

Receptionists are very impatient, rude and seems all what they are doing working for money not happy with the job they are doing. Such people should not work with the public. It almost impossible to get an appointment as these receptionists keep arguing over your case like if they are expert medical professionals. The clinic is old fashioned and looks very dirty and depressing.

Suggested improvements
  • On the top everywhere of everything is COMMUNICATION. Receptionists have to be trained on customer service first and if they are not happy working with the public they must find another job away of the public.As a patient I always expect to have an appointments to see the doctor as I guess I am not visiting the clinic to enjoy my time but seeking help from my doctor. So receptionists always try to decline any appointment requests.

One of the worst practice I ever been dealing with. The receptionists are so rude, disrespectful and the worst are liar. They are not helpful at all and keep arguing over appointment. With corona pandemic they took an advantage of the situation so not willing to work and have it as an excuse all time. I get an injection on the doorstep rather than in the clinic which is totally unacceptable and not professional. The new receptionists need to learn how customer service practice first.

Suggested improvements
  • On the top the receptionists need to be trained properly on customer service. Need to be honest and respectful when dealing with patients rather than keep arguing and then making false reports against the patient to get away with their mistakes. They have to be responsible when it comes to dealing with the general public or NOT WORKING with the public at all.
