I have been trying to contact this surgery for 5 days now in regards to a prescription. unable to get through to anyone there, I have left voicemails which they seem to love as every option asks you to! still no response, if we do not get this clients prescription we are unable to supply his catheters, if he has no catheters this could potentially result in him having further medical issues, urine infections, bladder infections etc.
