Rude receptionist at the Downtown Surgery. You can never get an appointment and in my experience the doctor was dismissive ! If you are a resident of Rotherhithe I would go and register at another Dr. They are not very customer focused at you can get to wait two weeks to see a Dr and when you do see one the service is not great. At Downtown they are always running late and they never have late hours. I am amazed that they have any clients as they never treat you as such.
