The doctors offer excellent care the issue is to get pass the rude and unhelpful receptionist to get to see your GP. The receptionist need training on how to deal with people. They are selective on how they deal with people. If they know you it's hello darling if they don't they are not polite and friendly. I appreciate that dealing with people can be difficult at times but being in this profession you need basic skills on how to deal with people and as a patient for the past 52 years I find the current staff unhelpful and rude in their manner. I work with people everyday so I know it can be done. Your frontline staff plays an important role in any organisation.

I have to say that the service provided by the Practice manager and by the reception team was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend this GP to everyone. Many thanks

Online booking is brilliant staff always helpful, friendly and professional, from reception up to GP's. My advice is use online booking or drop in, phone system could do with upgrading,but does''nt detract from the delivery of a great service.

As a new patient i was helped a lot so that my medication was not interupted, the staff put themselves out for me, friwndly welcoming and cheerful. They had to deal with an abusive patient while i was waiting to see the Dr, they remained calm, did not retaliate and the Dr stood up for his staff, first time i have ever seen this! Brilliant practice and very proffessional team.
