I honestly have never, ever had a better GP. The past couple of years have been quite traumatic for me. A year long battle with the DWP over my ESA benefit, didn't help my mental state at all. I appealed their decision and with the help of my Star Worker, took them to an HMRC Tribunal and WON! This was followed by Open Heart Surgery. Dr Haroon has had my back throughout all of this and I must say, his diagnosis of my conditions (Extreme Anxiety being just being one of them) have ALWAYS been right! This paints a pretty sad picture of the level of competency, in one Consultant I saw at my local hospital! I don’t know how Dr Haroon does it but his cheerful nature is inflectious and I always come out of an appointment much happier and brighter, than when I in!

This surgery must score amongst the top two percent in the country, with doctors that are sympathetic, informative and endlessly helpful. ALL staff deliver service of the highest standards and are courteous, helpful and approachable. Full marks on all services delivered!

My family and I have been with the surgery for over twenty years and have been very pleased with the great care we have received throughout especially when our children were young. There has been some changes over the past few years with the departure of the former doctors and adjustements were made with the booking system. Presently, the appointment system is disfunctional. It is virtually impossible to Contact the surgery in the morning as all the phones are constantly engaged. When eventually you do get through there are virtually no appointments available other than emergency ones. I have had no problem making appointment in person but that has required coming to the surgery before it opens and queuing . I am sure this is not a straightforward issue but believe that more resources should be allocated in this area. The phone are not always ans

Been at this surgery for 35 years and now have children of my own who also attend. Considering the extra pressures on the nhs over recent years I do not feel this has affected the service I receive as a patient of his surgery. In my experience when I have needed an appointment most of the time I have got one straight away or had a call back. With my sons they have always been seen. Calling at 8am and not getting through can be frustrating when you have 2 small children and a job to get to where you start at 8am but I think this is the same issue in every surgery. If once I have got through there are not any appointments left if it’s for me I will wait but for my children if it is in my opinion serious I have been persistent and the receptionist have always been great in helping me get them seen or at least a call. Some doctors are great and some do their job but lack personal skills but this is not an issue for me as long as they get it right and treat the illness. However for my elderly grandmother who also attends this surgery this is an issue and she struggles with accents and needs more time to get her words out and a bit of reassurance. The receptionists over recent weeks have massively improved ! I have experienced in the past a lack of empathy from one but most have been great.

I phone the doctor's for appointment it took me 40 time in half hour to get thour I would think again next time to go to the doctor's or think about changing doctor's in the arier

Unable to get in I cannot explain how poor the service at this surgery is I have never come across such a lack of care, I had one appointment ( by accident) a follow up to an email from the hospital that the surgery had received almost 6 months earlier they got round to it after 6 months, result I got inhalers for my asthma, only took 5 yrs and a few a&e visits, nothing to do with my earlier knee op though ?

Dr Haroon is extremely kind and patient as well as medically knowledgeable and very capable. He makes my experience extremely worthwhile and it is a pleasure to go and visit him to gain his medical opinion and attentive care

Always found surgery good. Handy having parking in Morrisons car park, and Pharmacy in the store. Receptionists are the most pleasant I have experienced (well done ladies). Cannot comment on trying to get a same day appointment by phone (difficult I suspect like all GP's), but I have called in person at 8a.m. and always obtained one.
