The GP’s are fine when you can get to hear from one, usually at least 2 weeks wait for callback. However the receptionists are quite difficult but worse are the practice manager and her cronies. Absolutely horrendous attitude and misconduct from them if you dare to complain about mismanaged referrals, or failed callbacks , you will get threatened with police, legal action and ban. This needs investigating as this kind of bullying of patients is unethical and extremely unfair and unprofessional . Why can’t they just get the quality of staff. It can take weeks to address this issue by which time patient could wind up iill or dead from stress.
