I got appointment from Chorlton Family Practice

The merge was meant to improve this surgery but it has done nothing. The clinical staff are excellent but the overall management is a disgrace. No one answers the phone, you can't get an appointment. Finally they have an online request form but that is only through Chorlton Family Practice. They never put prescriptions through when they say so you end up back and forth between the surgery and the pharmacy. Management needs to change as it creates an unpleasant patient experience and makes the nurses and doctors lives twice as hard as they get the blame for the surgery's lack of organisation.

The reception staff do not answer the phone. I have tried on numerous occasions to ring the practice at different points of the day and on different days but no one seems to answer the phone. Reception staff are unbelievably rude. It is almost impossible to get an appointment and the telephone consultation system is flawed. I would not recommend this practice.
