Overall really good service. I left a message last night and got a phone call the next day to get an appointment that afternoon
- If there was an online booking system that would be good. And if the appointment was slightly more on time but I understand it’s busy

It is easy to make appoitment but you have to wait more than 1 week.
- There are 4 days to collect prescription , it could ve quicker.

One of the best run practices in London. Proactive and responsive staff. The new facilities are also excellent.
- More regular blood tests.

The quality of the service has improved significantly in the last couple of years. The receptionists are very nice and helpful.
- Often I need to make appointments longer than 2 weeks in advance and this a problem as I have to keep ringing to see if the advanced appointments are open within your system and by the time I ring, the appointments are full.
