It seems oversubscribed with patients so sometimes a bit of a bunfight. The public are usually rude and demanding so I get why the receptionists generally have minimal customer service or politeness . You'll get a doctor but expect to book 3 weeks in advance for a post work appointment , which I think is acceptable

It's a c,inic with little personal attention. Lots of doctors supported by people in reception who seem not to care an ounce.
