Chelford Surgery

As good as my old surgery in Wargrave which says a lot. Perfection.

A remarkable GP practice. Every single doc, nurse, hca is friendly intelligent listens to me looks professional polite knowledgeable and goes to much trouble to research specifically c issues/drugs/services. We have two children and it's the same for them. The waiting room and entire building is immaculate, calm and as reassuring as the staff. I am from a family of docs and know that these people make good clinical decisions and respect and care for patients. I cannot believe how lucky we are to have happened to move here. I hope we never have to leave. A remarkable and excellent practice ce in every way!!

I am over from derby caring for my elderly mother post op I have had to twice call the surgery for items to do with my mother's recovery both occasions have been dealt in a timely professional attentive and caring manner Great surgery who I feel but patients first Very impressed

Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Receptionists + all other Staff are pleasant, and they Listen!, then they are helpful. Having Prescriptions issued 'on site' is an invaluable service and repeat 'scripts' by 'phone are very efficient. As a patient I feel reassured when a Doctor who is unfamiliar to me has obviously spent a minute looking at my notes to gain some insight into underlying, long term health problems/medications before seeing me.

I am a new patient at this practice and so far have found the care I have received very good. I am a nurse myself and feel confident I am receiving the right care. From my new patient screening to 2 visits I have made to see a doctor, all staff have been helpful, friendly and efficient.
