Took me two hours, TWO HOURS, to be able to speak to someone on the phone! That’s is wrong! I pay all my taxes and I deserve better treatment!

Doctors at this practice are uninterested in creating a customer focussed environment for their patients. I have heard one senior doctor berating a member of staff in front of patients. Another doctor refused to refer me to the specialist hospital of my choice, even though I was entitled to request it. I had to argue with them about it and eventually they agreed but reluctantly and with bad grace. If I could register with another GP surgery, I would do so.
