Very unhappy and have left me feeling extremely traumatised. One of the reasons for this trauma is placing misinformation on medical records. Doctors are in a unique paternalistic position and with that comes power. if they choose to label patients and make biased opinions about you, then it is often believed unless of course we can prove otherwise. I use to have a relatively good relationship with the surgery but then too many errors occurred and misinformation which started around the time my child was getting harrassed in school, complained & malicious report ensued. included racially motivated behaviour!(see some evidence in photo below) My child then had a bereavement we visited amersham vale at one point but realised false information was being placed on my own and childs medical records. Recently attended A and E as teen didn't feel great, due on and she gets PMT (tried to tell amersham vale this previously and was mocked by Dr Lucy Capliska) her blood sugar tested and was low, i took my child to get a meal while at the hospital and she then felt better, the doctor said if you need to leave just let us know, so after a 7 hour wait and no-one seeing her she wanted to go. (see attached photo, daughter was asked to sign a blank release form, should have been filled in really) We left and got a call a few days later apparently a report had been made. This person them had the audacity to ask me, "why don't you like professionals" I was taken aback by this. I'm assuming it was the paramedic who passed this on. fortunately I recorded the whole visit from the paramedic on my phone. At no point did I allude to this. Possibly he misconstrued the fact I had preffered to use private healthcare currently as i wasn't happy with the way we were treated in the NHS Gp practice which isn’t a crime is it? Just recently the advanced practitioner nurse Gail Budgen accused me of assaulting my teenager, She asked my child and obviously my child said no. In all my years I have never laid a hand on my child. What the hell was the nurse thinking she seems to be trying to lead my child into saying she is being abused
