Arrived early for my appointment had only just sat down when I was called in for my Diagnostic Imaging.Everything was fully explained from how to stand to how and when to dink/swallow the liquids. Very professional and friendly, whole experience from parking my car to returning was less than 30 minutes. As a whole a pleasant experience
So thank you all involved.

My husband had to attend for a barium meal and follow-through. As he has multiple health issues, he isn't the easiest person to deal with, but Rachael, and Charlotte the nurse, were just fantastic. They were so caring, patient, helpful and cheerful with him, explaining everything in a way he could understand, and using loads of common sense when problems arose. The whole process was carried out in the most professional manner, and in a way which caused him as little stress as possible. Thank you.
Sorry for my delayed response. Thank you for your feedback and kind comments. I have passed your comments onto Charlotte and our departmental leadership team. Kind regards Rachael
