Rachael was friendly and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and directed me as we went through the procedure. Rachael's college was also very lovely and kind.

I was seen on time and the procedure I was to experience was fully explained. The procedure was carried out efficiently resulting in a speedier process. The only real improvement which could be made relates to the Barium drink which some find difficult to drink. No doubt improvements are being researched into ways to make this easier to take.

I can't fault the care I received from Rachael Bilton. Rachael explained everything about the procedure to me. She was very curteous and maintained my dignity at all times. I felt extremely safe and well looked after by Rachael and couldn't fault her care to me. Rachael explained at the end of the procedure about the next steps of where my results would be going to and they would then follow up with me. I would like to say a very big thankyou to Rachael, she's not only professional but is also very caring. The only comment I can give to other patients is, if they go to imaging for a Barium follow through is to take a jacket or thick cardigan as it is a cold place, it has to be because of the machinery.
