Despite numerous NHS appointments, I have been suffering an ongoing complaint since Christmas. Over this period, I saw little improvement and it began having an impact on my job. Within two appointments with Jo (Physio 3.0), I began to see 'real' improvement. Not only does she provide effective hands on treatment during assessment, but she also provides a 'realistic' ongoing program of support - explained in 'simple' language.
Can't recommend highly enough!
