I’ve seen a number of physios over the years but Simon is by far the best. I first met Simon a few years ago when I had a running injury that had not been properly explained to me by another physio. Simon not only treated the injury but also explained clearly what it was and how to reduce the chances of it reoccurring. He has also provided me with a lot of useful information on running in general. These days he helps me to manage a long term condition and encourages me to stay as active as possible, but is not afraid to caution me against any exercise he believes to be problematic and will explain why he thinks so. I have already recommended him to friends, who have also been very satisfied with their treatment, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
