Matt made me feel at ease straight away, he listened to me regarding my shoulder issue and asked relevant questions. Matt showed me how to do the exercises correctly, and followed this up with a plan which was easy to understand and do with my busy schedule. At each follow up Matt ensured I was completing the exercises correctly and added to them if needed. I'm now self managing and couldn't have done this without Matt's guidance and MSK experience.
