Lady who did preliminary tests was very good, the optometrist was excellent and explained everything well, the lady at the end who helped me look at glasses was extremely helpful and had great knowledge about what would suit me. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Thank you.

Very friendly staff who dealt very well with my 3 yr old, yet not sure why we didn't get a copy of my daughters prescription. A little disappointed with the limited choice of frames for children
