I booked my appointment on line and it was a very easy process. The examination was thorough and the staff very helpful and patient. I didn't in any way feel rushed when choosing my frames and I appreciated any advice given. I am happy to recommend this opticians

Having been associated with Boots in Castle Mall for the last 5 years, have now got to know several very friendly members of staff, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Fran who looked after us so admirably last Saturday does an excellent job, and is to be commended.

All staff during my visit were friendly and informative. The optometrist was very thorough during the examination and explained every stage of the process. I did not feel pressured into having any unnecessary optional extras added to my prescription glasses which is good. Guidance was given when choosing frames and I was allowed to try them on and make a choice myself, rather than having someone shadow me and feel obliged to agree out of politeness. Having said that, help and advice was available at all times should you want/need it. I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians and I look forward to collecting my new glasses.
