Thom and Jade were excellent. Definitely the best experience I've had at opticians. Jade was super efficient, multi tasking and running tests on me and my son at the same time. Thom the optometrist knew exactly how to get the best cooperation out of my ten year old son, and determined the best prescription efficiently. All in all the visit couldn't have been better. Excellent.

The appointment was for my son and we were extremely pleased with the service that we received, especially from kerry who gave excellent customer service and made my son feel at ease. All the staff that dealt with us were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend them.
