I was sorted straight away, staff were friendly and I couldn't of walked away any happier than what I did. Optometrist went above and beyond to help me get the correct lenses! Overall a great experience and would recommend to others

I would only ever go to boots for my eye health, their services are outstanding and I have not a single complaint for the way they run their opticians. I would be happy to recommend boots to anyone looking for a branch for their eye health

I was totally satisfied with the service provided by the staff, from making the appointment through to having my eyes tested and ordering the safety glasses for work. Due to my high prescription Caroline and Muj were very understanding and did not make this an issue. Muj explained everything clearly and we also talked about the possibility of an operation to correct my high prescription. Caroline rang me in the week as she ordered 2 frames of safety glasses for me to view. On there arrival she promptly informed me they were in store and I could come and have them fitted. My wife will be making an appointment in the future on the basis of my treatment.
