Everything was extremely easy to do. All the staff were friendly and obviously knew how to do their jobs. As a result I have come out with a reasonably priced pair of glasses with the best pescription i've had.

We always receive the best service at Boots, Chesterfield. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Even though it's their job, it feels like they really DO want to help as much as they can, they are a credit to your company. My only criticism would be the limited choice of children's glasses. My daughter is 9 and wears glasses all the time and we could only find one pair that would be alright but she desperately wanted some others which, if altered at the ear, would bring them far too low down her neck. She was so disappointed and I was too because glasses are an extended feature of someone in my opinion but they all seemed to give us the same problem. There are thousands to choose for men and women and an awful lot of children now wear glasses, please could you look at their needs too. Part of me wondered if I should take her prescription and try elsewhere for glasses but the service makes me stay.

To Steve the contact lens optician who is absolutely brilliant, his patience on how he explains the entire process of contact lens made it so easy for me to understand. Caroline, thank you for your warm welcome, your patience and making me feel at ease as always. I shall be seeing you both in few weeks time.

Brilliant service from making my appointment to picking my glasses ... there was no rush all the staff and the optician was caring and friendly.. They explained everything and answered all my questions.... will continue to use boots ... A big thankyou to Mel for helping me choose my frames and taking the time ..
