I arrived 10 minutes early for my yearly contact lens check-up and was shown to the waiting area. I'd only been there a minute when Caroline called me through and we went over my details. She was charming and professional with just the right amount of friendliness. We then went through to where Steve, the contact lens specialist, was waiting to carry out the tests. He was also friendly and professional and I thought how lucky I am to have such a caring branch as Boots Opticians, Chesterfield, to see to my every need regarding my eyesight. Well impressed as always!

Stephanie, the optical consultant at the Chesterfield branch was polite, friendly, professional and very helpful, she introduced me to Alice my optician who was exactly the same, I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians to anyone.

Great attention to detail, been through a lot of vision checkups and this was possibly the best ever, certainly the easiest, even the Glaucoma test wasn't bad. Jade and Alice were great and I'd certainly recommend this service and would have no qualms about going back.
