The Optician, Mr Paul Hopkins, who I have seen for several years, has been fastidious in checking symptoms and came to a conclusion which was supported by the consultant at Sheffield eye hospital. The consultant was impressed by his accuracy and confirmed the suggestions made by Mr Hopkins. I have returned to Boots specifically each year since in order to see him, as I am confident that I can rely on his care.

Quite frankly the service I received was the best I have ever encountered. Greeted and attended to by a lovely Lady named Pam who was extremely professional and friendly. The Optometrist (Paul Hopkins) was very thorough and an absolute credit to his profession. I will certainly recommend this branch to all my friends and colleagues.

During my appointment there was a power cut throughout the store,the staff were very efficient in evacuating everybody and rescheduling my appointment,I was very impressed with the way they handled the situation as I can't imagine it's one that you practice. Thanks low pavement boots!
