Optometrist - Satnam examination most thorough, everything clearly explained best eye examination in 50years I have ever had. very friendly, pleasant well dressed optician Caroline assistant to Satnam very friendly pleasant member of staff. Did not feel well during my examination. She was very caring and helped me, did not press me at all duing the various stages despite me feeling under the weather. A big thank you to Satnam and Caroline for everything during my recent eye test

Caroline of the Optometrist Department has provided an impeccable and fantastic service before and after I was checked Mr. Mark Hickman. For sure I will stick to Boots for all my future eye tests!

Every member of staff that I came into contact with yesterday during my visit was extremely helpful. I saw Lauren first, who did my Fields Test, Pressure & Focus Check and the Retinal Photography. She then took me in to see the Optician for my Vision Exam. Fareedah (or Farida), the Optician performed a very thorough and accurate vision examination & provided exellent information about my eye care, especially as I suffer from Glaucoma. She explained the outcome of the examination and recommended a new pair of lenses and also advised me regarding obtaining a voucher from my employers towards the cost of the lenses due to the nature of my job (VDU work). Finally, I met Caroline who guided me through the various options for the Varifocal lenses and frame choices. Since I'm keen to keep the existing frame, she advised me of the cost of re-glazing the frame with the new lenses, the timescales to delivery and the fact that I shall be without my current glasses for that period of time. I am extremely pleased with my consultation and would definitely recommend Boots the Opticians to my family and friends. Thanks

The care I recieved from Pam K. was second to none. Absolutely brilliant service and friendly throughout my eye test. I was advised and guided every step of the way about choosing my new glasses.
