Prompt, well explained, thorough and very personal service. High tech, state of the art equipment to examine all aspects of eye health and vision. Very high standard of hygiene and care. Been with Boots for years for both glasses and contact lenses. Wouldn't change and would highly recommend.

Very organised and I had plenty of time to discuss my concerns and ask questions. I will definitely be going back for contact lenses in the spring. Very helpful advice and I wasn't rushed.no pressure to decide on new frames/lenses

You need a hot and cold drink dispenser as there is often time to wait to see the optometrist. Although I class myself as computer literate I found your booking system very frustrating. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant and couldn't be improved on.
