The overall experience was good. However, I was handed over to 4 different members of staff for the pre-checks, choosing of frames and organising varifocals / payment which was not good for continuity.

I have been seeing steve for a long time for my contact lenses he is always very professional and wouldnt trust anyone else as much as him hes not allowed to leave! Only problem i have is getting through to the store it often take 2 to 3 times for someone to answer the phone!
