I found that this time everything was much more friendly and organised than when I have been before. One point though - where were the chairs to sit on when first arriving and waiting for your turn to begin the examinations?? I was helped and given plenty of time to chose me new frames, which is a great help.

I was informed every step of the way clearly what would take place. Arrived for my appointment on time and was warmly welcomed. Staff took a personal interest in my welbeing. My whole experience led me to purchase my glasses from Boots and refer a relative that day.
