Everybody treated me very well indeed! Sharon was patient showing me the glasses,Jaya was very good in the test and Maria was fine! Only thing that put me off was that a price was given for the lenses and when i said that i could not afford that,i was asked my age and was told that i was entitled to 25% discount! This is the second time i have been here and this had never come to light before! I checked around the room and could not see this advertised anywhere! I came to the conclusion that this was being hidden,so that O.A.P`s would pay full price!I wonder if this practice is nationwide?I think that ,if this is the case,that Boots is shooting itself in the foot by not realising that many pensioners are truly feeling the pinch and like me they will go somewhere cheaper!

Very impressed with David the optometrist and Maria who helped me select and fit new glasses. Maria wet through all the options with the glasses even went outside to show me the transition and check my vision . Could not fault the experience even the young man who did my initial checks did a great job. Would recommend this opticans you cannot go wrong. Great job guys.

A LONG AND OVER DUE APPOINTMENT FOR NEW GLASSES I was very impressed with my visit to Boots Opticians in New Milton on Saturday 18th May. 2019. Not having had my vision checked for many years. I thought it was time to go. The service I received from the Optomtrist who thoroughly checked my eyes and looked for any problems that might be lingering or cause problems in the future. Then I was passed onto to a member of staff who helped me with the choosing of my frames and who was very knowable on which lenses etc., which would be best for me. They were very patient while I made up my mind on which glasses I wanted. I would recommend going to this Opticians the service I received. from these two people and their knowledge was very useful. My son was a bit early for his appointment, but this was not an issue as Chris took him through and did the preliminary eye tests straight away. He then helped us to pick out some frames ready for after the Optometrist test. My son was really nervous but the Optometrist, Zabir, made him feel very relaxed and explained what he was going to do throughout. After the appointment Chris was ready to help again, Chris is very calm, helpful and thorough. Thank you!

Both Maria and Chris provided me with excellent customer service. The shop is comfortable, bright and well laid out. The options for different types of frmase and lenses were discussed, and I chose to take their recommendation for a larger frame, based on the complexity of the prescription. Excellent result. Keep up the good work.
