Excellent service buying new prescription sun glasses. Not rushed and given good advice even though went in without ban appointment.

David the Optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained every thing very well. Ben and Gintaras were very professional in their approach to me and made it easy for me to complete my appointment.

From beginning to end I had first class treatment! I would like to say how lucky I was to have ALI as my optometrist! He was exceptionally Confident, Proffesional, and very pleasant! He was so good in fact I asked who to write a letter of appreciation too! It was then I was given a blue card with details. Another good point I thought! The whole experience for me was extremely satisfying! I deliberately waited to try my two new pair of specs, distance and reading! They proved to be perfect in every respect! In the past I have used other high street optometrists. Nowhere near in a general aspect as Boots New Milton! I shall tell all my friends and relations. If I may say so about Ali who stood out like a true professional! I would hope Ali goes on to be your number one! I could say more but if he finds out he'll get a swollen head! One more thing I believe I came away as a friend of Ali. So exceptional is he! My name is William Baynes and I'm proud to meet him!

It has taken over three months to sort a problem that I had with 2 new pairs of glasses ordered from Boots.
I had to return to the shop almost weekly for adjustments, as I was struggling to cope with the lenses, even though I had worn varifocal lenses for 20 years!
However, it was discovered that the problem was with the type of lense and not with the prescription or fitting. The lenses were changed....problem thankfully resolved!
Each time I returned to the shop I was met with patience and understanding by Gintaras, Sam and Ali the optometrist and I'm most grateful for a satisfactory conclusion.
