I have been going to this branch for many years. On my last visit I dealt with Zabir and Debbie. However, I have found all the staff members to be friendly and professional.

First Eye Test carried out at this Branch having previously moved to the area. From the moment I booked the appointment and then on the day of the test right up to the follow up visit to fit new glasses I found everything to be really professional and friendly. Thanks to Jack and Adam on the test day, also David who gave a second opinion along with Sam who carried out the fitting. Everything was done very professionally and no rushed in any way. I will be back when necessary.

Care was good, wasn't rushed through any procedure, everything was explained very well, and process of choosing glasses and frames was extremely helpful and we've come away feeling very satisfied, I think the only improvement could be the supplying of an itemized bill showing all the discounts separately.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I arrived early and was taken straight in for the pre-eye test. All staff complemented my choice of frames and made me feel happy and confident with my new glasses. Jack and Debbie were especially helpful.
