I called in to look at frames and Gintaras immediately offered to help me choose. I liked his choices and ordered a pair there and then. His measurements were checked by Tom and found to be quite correct. Both gentlemen were very helpful. This is the best customer service I have ever received in any Boots opticians. Lymington staff were good, Winchester staff were disappointing in that they had double booked my appointment.... but Gintaras at the New Milton branch was excellent. He was extremely professional, courteous, polite, friendly and also very knowledgeable . He not only helped me to choose a pair but he also explained about various shapes and sizes to help me reach my decision. It takes me a long time to find new spectacle frames and Gintaras made the process a pleasant experience. Thank you very much indeed.
