I have been using the the Trafford centre branch for years. They were always helpful and polite but I always felt like something was missing. After my experience with the Market Street branch it occurred to me there was something missing. Exceptional customer service, I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

What an excellent experience with Abigail Ford the Optomotrist. My prescription is a bit complicated and she worked it out and sent me on my was with contact lenses which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you. Oh not just Abigail. When I returned 2 weeks after initial visit for a eye check and to see how I was getting on again all the staff are great and make you feel comfortable. After all, admitting you need a higher prescription, for me, is like going to the dentist. I'd rather not, but as soon as you go in your made to feel welcome and I would definitely recommend Boots Market Street. Again thanks to all. I can see properly again.

Azeem and Stephen were very helpful, clear and honest in their assessments and recommendations for my visionary needs. The test was thorough but comfortable too, and I would recommend all aspects of my appointment to anyone in need of optical consultancy.

My eye test by Sean Evans was very thorough. Sean explained everything and clearly answers all my questions. When choosing glasses Stephen was extremely helpful he didn't rush me and explained in great detail what options were available. At no time did I feel rushed. Thank You.

I was seen by Sean and Stephen, Sean did my eye test and Stephen spent a long time with me helping me pick glasses and sunglasses, after along time and dramas getting my prescription to fit with the sunglasses I chose we had success. Both Sean and Stephen were lovely to deal with.
