Our daughter & son in law recommended we try Boots Opticians while we were staying with them. I wasn't sure, but it went so well I am happy to pass on the recommendation. From the moment Franc approached & offered help through the advise Lucille gave me & guided me through each stage, it made me feel looked after . Its a stressful business for me & they really went out of their way to be helpful at each step of the way - more than just professional. Thank you. I can't wait for my new specs to arrive !

The service from the optometrist was very good. I was then assisted by Stephen to choose two pairs of glasses. He made excellent recommendations, helping me choose glasses and taking care about the fit. I was really pleased with the service I received.

I was seen by Optometrist Kasim Ali and initial assessment was done by Jamal (his middle name) Kasim recognized me from last appointment (2015) and this made me feel a human rather than a number as I mostly experience from medical professionals. He was friendly yet professional and put me at ease directly. He has easy going personality and is very through. Jamal who did the initial assessment was professional and efficient and also put me at ease with his good manners and explaining the process. The star for the day for me was Nadia, a young, vibrant informed with excellent customer service skills and positive attitude. She helped me to choose the frames, explained the price difference but most of all honest opinion on the frames. I did not feel pressure of sale or felt that she was trying to sell me goods that was not of my choice. Boots option team you impressed me immensely. I hope your management realise and appreciate your skills and attitude and potential for future. Well done!!!

I already had a prescription but wanted new glasses. Lutchmi was fantastic, very helpful picking out 20+ pairs of glasses which were quickly whittled down to 2 given my face and prescription. I felt involved and that Lutchmi was interested in me, she was also very keen to be the one to deliver and fit my glasses once they were made. I went today to pick these up and again Lutchmi was engaging and very personable. Its great to say I am very happy with both my glasses and the service I received. Thank you
