I was happy with my annual c/lens check. The Contact Lens specialist (Ron) at Boots in the Strand, London is very experienced and knowledgeable. He managed to make some tweaks to my prescription which has improved it enormously

After making my intial appointment, I had a phone call from Boots just 2 hours later to confirm that I would attend said appointment. I then attended said appointment at the confirmed time, only to be told the appointment was actually at a later time???!! So I had then reschedule the appointment for the next week.
