Boots Opticians London - Strand

I was given a hand-written prescription which I found I could not read when I got home. Confusion with 2, 5 and 0. No decimal points used. I called to ask for this to be clarified and got a photo of the same prescription which had been scribbled on to improve it somewhat. I had to call again to be sure.
I would expect a printed form with n/a or zero where necessary. When I had a test at Tesco some years ago (free) I got a printed form with much more information.
The shop did not have the frames I wanted. The assistant could not look up the Boots website because of 'the crazy system'. So I could not get glasses. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
Rachael was extremely professional out my mind at ease and dealt with my questions with depth of knowledge and lots of options to help my issue.

Staff was very friendly and professional and equipment like from a sci-fi movie. When I was sent to discuss what frame I'd like, I didn't know what other options I have. Could I go somewhere else to buy frames, can I order them online? And that actually made me to want to go somewhere else to see what others can offer. If you were more transparent about price and options, I would be more confident with spending my money in Boots.
