The appointment booking process is very dis-organised. I made an appointment on line but was given a completely different date and time. I called they gave me an appointment for the day and a time I wanted and sent an email confirmation. I then received a text message with the same date but a different time - very confusing.

I initially tried to make the appointment online but the system didn't seem to work very well - perhaps just an off moment. I made the appointment in store and that was easy.
