I had to ask the optometrist's name. I was told I would be going for both a contact lens check and eye test. It turned out I didn't need an eye test as it's every 24months. I only found this out after the optometrist commenced the appointment.

George has been seeing me since 1998 and always explains any changes to my sight and recommendations very clearly. The dispenser was very friendly and also very clear about the options. Some of the machines didn't seem to be working!

I was told that of i buy a glasses the £25 pounds would be deducted. It was a long discussion including the manager to get the charge avoided. I was told a machine was not working so i guess the consultation was not thorough. Also i told the lady i wanted a cheap frame and she fired me a 250 pounds frame. Your prices are too high compared with other booths shops.
