On the day I was met by polite and informative staff. No hanging about or delays either. I was not given the hard-sell about buying their products either but may go back there anyhow.

Very professional service. The optician took lots of care. He repeated tests and made absolutely certain the prescription was spot on. The staff took time to assist in eye examinations and then completed by showing me frames etc.

Rehma was amazing, very comforting and put me at ease throughout the consultation. She listened to the reason I was there (headaches) and referred back to this when giving me her recommendation at the end, showing she was giving good attention to the issue. The lady who performed my tests was equally calming and helpful and I have already recommended the Cheapside Boots Opticians to colleagues.
