Everything was fantastic, the only thing is that the appointment address you are giving people for cheapside is wrong, I had to do to three boots in the area until I found it. Other than that, great service, would recommend to anyone!

Very good and thorough eye check up, glasses and lenses and monitoring of eye health. Happy with the professionalism of the staff.

The staff at this opticians were too rushed and wanted to finish their appointment with me as soon as possible. I would suggest them to slow down a little bit and try to give their customers some time to make up their minds. I, personally, felt a little rushed throughout my appointment. I appreciate that they may have targets, however, I only have my eyes checked every 2 year and I would like it to be a thorough one.
