Excellent service, equipment looked top of the range, lovely service provided by all members of staff.

Overall very pleased with my appointment. All eye tests were explained to me and carried out in a straightforward way. Options for spectacles/contact lenses were discussed. Only slightly negative factor was that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule but I appreciate that sometimes this can't be avoided.
